专利说明:
The invention relates to a slip-on with a substantially polygonal cross-section main body for mounting on a polygonal, in particular square, profile tube, wherein the base body has a plurality of lateral surfaces. Conventional carrier devices for connecting information carriers with profile tubes usually use transition pieces which are completely inserted into the profile tube. This requires a high strength of the part which is inserted into the profile tube, since the cross-section is comparatively small, whereby when loaded with moments a high shear stress arises. The information carrier is usually made of cardboard or other composite material. Since the strength is not sufficient to form a transition piece of the same material, it must be made of a different material. The transition piece must then be connected to the information carrier. As a result, the production process is complex and comparatively expensive. Especially in short-lived use as at fairs or events, the cost factor is important. In addition, transportability plays a major role. In conventional systems, the connection with the transition piece to the transport usually has to be solved because the transport is more economical designable. Care must be taken to ensure that the transition pieces are not lost. In other implementations, such as those with adhesive bonds, a separation is not possible nondestructive. Here, the increased transport volume in favor of stability must be taken into account. Object of the present invention is to avoid these disadvantages and to provide a simple and cost-effective solution for connecting profile tubes with information carriers. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that at least two incisions for receiving the profile tube are mounted in the base body. It proves to be advantageous if each incision in each case cuts through a base edge of a lateral surface. It is particularly advantageous to use a profile tube with a square cross-section, since they have bending stiffness even with a small diameter. In addition, they are already used in conventional systems. As incisions here are dividing lines or longitudinal joints in the lateral surface of defined length understood, which preferably - starting from the respective base edge of the lateral surface - extend substantially in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the base body. The length of each incision is only a part of the entire extension of the Aufsteckeinrichtung, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis. All cuts are preferably formed substantially parallel to each other and define the mounting direction of the slip on the profile tube. The slip-on direction corresponds essentially to the profile tube longitudinal axis. The cuts preferably have a defined width. The width, for example, substantially correspond to the wall thickness of the profile tube. This allows a backlash, releasable clamp connection of the slip on the profile tube. Usually, the information carrier is made of a material with low bending stiffness. In cross-section square profile tubes, the use of a basic body with rectangular cross-section is particularly well suited. Since two lateral surfaces of the base body are preferably wider, it can absorb more moment in this direction, whereby manufacturing of the same material as the information carrier is possible. This can be done in one piece production. For optimum distribution of forces, the first and second cuts substantially halve the respective base edge. In addition, the load per incision is halved if at least two incisions are arranged on two opposite lateral surfaces of the base body. This is an advantage especially when the load on the connection with moments is asymmetrical. On the main body there is another surface element, which preferably also assumes the task of the information carrier. Alternatively, the information carrier can also be connected to the further surface element. A particularly good connection with the profile tube can be achieved if the additional surface element also has an incision. The slip-on device is preferably designed as a folding element, which can be unwound in one plane. Since the information carrier usually has to be cut, the folding element can be manufactured directly in the same working step as the information carrier. Assembly can be done on site during preparation. As a result, the folding element with information carrier is flat, and it can be stacked a very large number of pieces to transport them, for example, from the printing office to the venue. The production of cardboard, plastic or a composite material proves to be particularly favorable. The information can be applied by printing on the base material, for example. Subsequently, the shape of the folding element can be cut out with the information carrier from the base material. In order to keep the folded shape, lugs are particularly well suited, which can be inserted into slots which are arranged at a different location of the folding element. This connection is safe, yet easily detachable, which can be restored to the flat shape during transport. In the following, an embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. Show it: 1 is a slip-on device according to the invention in a first oblique view, 2 shows the slip-on device from FIG. 1 in a second oblique view, FIG. 1 in a third oblique view in the use position with a profile tube, 4 shows the folding element of the slip-on device from FIG. 5 shows the slip-on device from FIG. 1 in a basic view, and FIG Fig. 5, the slip-on of Fig.l in a basic view in position of use with Profi I tube. The Figs. 1 and 2 show the main body 100 of a slip-on device according to the invention with lateral surfaces 101, 102, 103, 104, wherein each of two wider lateral surfaces 101, 102 first 111 and second 112 incisions are arranged. The main body 100 has a rectangular cross-section, wherein two wider lateral surfaces 101, 102 and two narrower lateral surfaces 103, 104 are arranged parallel to one another. The wider lateral surfaces 101, 102 are normal to the narrower lateral surfaces 103, 104 and are each connected along an edge 142, 143, 144 with these. The first 111, and second 112 cuts are arranged so that they emanate from a base edge 151, 152 of the respective lateral surface 101, 102. In essence, the base edges 151, 152 are halved in length by the first 111 and second 112 cuts. So that an easier insertion into the profile tube is made possible, the first and second notches 111 and 112 are broadened in the immediate vicinity of the respective base edge 151, 152 in a V-shaped manner. At a wider lateral surface 101, a further, additional surface element 200 is arranged. It is also connected along a further edge 141 to a wider lateral surface 101 and has a further, at least third notch 210. A first part 200A of the additional surface element 200 lies flat against one of the narrower lateral surfaces 104. A second part 200B of the additional surface element 200 protrudes from the main body 100. The further, at least third incision 210 is arranged substantially along the boundary between the first 200A and the second 200B part of the additional surface element 200. The remaining part can be used to display information, preferably images or text are printed, for example. Another embodiment provides an information carrier, which is connectable to the additional surface element 200. This can be done for example via a plugged connection, or by gluing. The incisions 111, 112, 210 serve in this embodiment of the invention for receiving a profile tube 300 with a square cross-section in the base body 100. The operating position is shown in Fig. 3, the slip-on is attached to the profile tube 300. The entire base body 100 and the additional surface element 200 are foldable in one piece from a folding element 400. 4, the folding element 400 of a slip-on device is shown. Preferably, it is made of a flat material, in particular of a composite material, plastic or cardboard. In order to stabilize the main body in folded position tabs 121, 122 are provided which can be inserted into corresponding slots 131, 132. In this case, the first tab 121 is arranged on one of the narrower lateral surfaces 104, and a first slot 131 is arranged on the boundary between the one broader lateral surface 101 and the additional planar element 200. The second tab 122 is disposed on the second wider lateral surface 102, and the second slot 132 is disposed in the additional planar element 200. In order to allow a better stabilization of the base body 100, the tabs 121, 122 are arranged in the longitudinal axis 160 of the base body 100 at a distance.
